Change of mind returns policy

We do not offer a 'change of mind' return or refund on items. Please reach out to us before you make a purchase, if you are at all unsure of the suitability of a product for your intended purpose. Faulty items

Faulty items (for example, not working when delivered) are covered by our standard warranty. If an item was delivered faulty or is defective, we will happily offer a replacement item, or a refund (to the original payment method).

Warranty

All the products we sell have a standard warranty. For electrical and automotive electrical items, the standard warranty is 12 months. 

For a warranty claim, please reach out to us directly in the first instance, so that we can help understand what has happened, and so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Please note that for products that need installation (e.g. vehicle-related products), installation steps (such as wrapping wiring or connectors with automotive electrical tape) is required. Non IP-rated equipment is not covered by warranty if installed in an area that requires an IP-rated product (for example, in an engine bay, or under a vehicle). In these circumstances, a product will require mounting in a weatherproof enclosure, to maintain it's warranty status. For clarity, water ingress into product connectors is not covered as part of the product warranty. 

Returns steps

For returns, please first reach out to us, to discuss the circumstances of your return.

If your return is accepted, we will discuss the return arrangements, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it.

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
